Guna Graha Kuta

The pool is amazing, and the rooms are big, with a fridge and flat-screen TV. Renovations are still going on, but it was quiet at night.

We stayed one night before our flight and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were really friendly, and someone stayed overnight for security. There were cameras in the hallways too, so we felt safe. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the sheets smelled nice. It's all very basic, but has what you need. The pool looked great, though we didn't get to swim. For the price, it was a good fit, and I'd stay again next time.

The pool is the main draw here, it looks really nice. The room itself looked good too, but the toilet and shower smelled awful. The place seemed run-down and in need of major renovation, and the reception area looked like work was underway. There was just one staff member. We stayed four nights and never got the room cleaned; we were out all day, so it was hard to catch the staff. There were lots of mosquitoes, so watch out. The entrance and its sign are both tiny, and it's easy to miss.

The room was adequate and the pool was great, but the stay wasn't pleasant. It hadn't been properly cleaned when we checked in, and housekeeping came only once in our five days there. We had to keep asking for more toilet paper and towels, and by the end the rubbish was piling up in the room. There were also too many mosquitoes at night, which made it hard to sleep.
