El Tropico Boutique Hotel

The food was fantastic, freshly cooked to order, high quality, and reasonably priced. Breakfast had loads of choice. Thanks to Hambali and all the Chefs! We loved El Tropica so much that we extended our stay. The location is right in the middle of everything, with great shops and restaurants nearby, and we were given a complimentary room upgrade. The design and atmosphere were stunning from the moment we arrived. Most of all, the team made the stay memorable. We stayed for a week, and the staff were kind and always there when we needed something. The hotel was spotless, including the consistently clean pool, and the rooms and facilities felt spacious and comfortable. This was easily the best hotel experience my husband and I have had, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. A special mention to Cecilia and Sujar, whom I didn’t get to say goodbye to. We left very early, at 6 a.m., with a few small gifts for them, but sadly couldn’t give them before we departed. We’re Oumaima and Abdesamad, and can’t wait to return and see you all. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Being able to walk to the beach, bars, and lots of restaurants made the location so easy. I loved my stay at El Tropical Hotel and will definitely return. Kiki and Yudi greeted me with such warm smiles that I felt at home right away. The team was friendly, polite, and professionally trained, and you could tell they cared about guests. My room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything fresh. The food was delicious and full of flavour. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Lombok 🌴

The mosque can be loud, but honestly the music and prayers felt peaceful, and that’s common throughout Lombok. El Tropico felt luxurious for an affordable hotel, and the photos don’t do it justice. The staff service was wonderful, and the location is perfect, with lots of great restaurants down the street. You can hire scooters or arrange a driver for surf beaches, waterfalls, snorkelling, and more. We loved staying here.
