The buffet breakfast had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, including some traditional Balinese dishes. Our triple-sharing room was roomy and comfortable, with one side looking out toward the pool. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a good location in Kuta. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a comfortable, enjoyable time at Kuta Central Park Hotel.

We were there with family from 22nd May till 26th May 2026. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were very polite and attentive. Breakfast was okay, though it offered more local varieties. The hotel is centrally located in Kuta and close to the airport. We had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

I’m a 79-year-old solo traveler and stayed from 09 Apr to 12 Apr 2026. It was a wonderful place to stay, with friendly, helpful staff. My room was compact. Elsa and Tulisia at reception were especially pleasant and helpful.

The hotel has a free shuttle to Kuta Beach and Discovery Mall shopping mall. Madi, the driver, was friendly and spoke English. At the front desk, Elsa was kind and helpful, and her English was good. Make sure you get breakfast; it sets you up for the day, and you can ask for bacon. Great value accommodation. The in-room TV gets ABC Australia, including live AFL footy, so it seems to have a deal with channel 7.

Our stay at Kuta Central Park Hotel Bali was an absolute nightmare. The service was extremely poor, and the cleanliness was nowhere near acceptable for a property claiming to be four-star. The toilet leaked, the door wouldn’t close properly, and the room’s hygiene was very poor. There were lizards all around the hotel, which made the stay even more unpleasant. We asked to change rooms, but staff showed no concern or urgency. It felt like complaints didn’t matter there. It’s shocking that the hotel is rated four stars; that feels completely misleading, and it wasn’t worth the money. We’d never stay there again and definitely don’t recommend it. Never book a Bali tour from an Indian agent.
