We spent ten days in the 1BR Deluxe Villa, and it was far more comfortable than we'd expected for two people. There was a roomy bedroom with a large double bed, a vanity area, and space for luggage, plus an outdoor living area with plenty of shade. The small kitchen and medium-sized fridge worked well for keeping drinks stocked. The bathroom is partly open to the outdoors, so I expected mosquitoes or gekos, but there were none. They provided plenty of pest coils and replenished them, which was nice. The only real letdown was the shower pressure, which seemed to work only with the hot water on. The staff were friendly and hardworking; the villa looked and smelled clean whenever we returned, and the gardener was always quietly tending the little jungle garden. Reception staff were available when needed, but mostly let us relax and enjoy the stay. The location is ideal, on eat street with La Favela and The Goat within walking distance, yet we never heard noise from the pubs, clubs, or restaurants. A well-lit private path leads from the main road to reception, and it felt completely safe with security cameras. The villa is very nice and reasonably priced. One note: the two resident reception dogs might be scary if you don't like dogs. They're harmless and may bark when you arrive, but not at night, so they're perfect little guard dogs.

We enjoyed our week here, especially the wonderful pool and fantastic location. The staff were super friendly and checked each day that we were happy with our villa. I also loved petting the resident dogs since I miss mine back home. The shower pressure was the only downside. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay.

The bamboo foyer is amazing, with really impressive design and craftsmanship, and the place is beautifully lit at night. We got a good deal on the room, so it's worth asking about a discount. Each villa has a great pool, and the bedroom doors open straight out to it. The kitchen and lounge are outdoors but fully undercover, and having a full kitchen meant we could cook a few meals. It's set just off busy legian st.

This was our first time in Bali, coming from NZ, and staying in a single villa made the trip so much better. The private pool was a bonus, and the location was ideal, with restaurants, a pharmacy, and the busy area just a five-minute walk away. The staff were amazing, and Snoopy & Jenny, the resident dogs, were welcoming. If you're lucky, they'll escort you along the lovely tree-lined driveway to the main street. We'll definitely be back!

The location was the best thing about this villa. The room and bedding were okay, and I liked the pool, but the bathroom was a real letdown. It was very old, parts were broken, and the shower and tap barely worked properly. There was only quick daily cleaning, no other room service. I also hated that the kitchen was outdoors and I had to fend off mosquitoes whenever I wanted to make tea. I really missed my clean bathroom and kitchen at home 😩. I wouldn't return, though I wouldn't call the place completely awful either.
