Desi from the hospitality team really stood out. She went out of her way to look after our whole group, and her kindness, attention, and professionalism made a real difference. The hotel was beautiful and well kept, with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff were excellent, and we loved the food in the dining area. We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Bali and would happily choose it again on a future trip. Highly recommended.

The pool's right beside the restaurant and lobby, so I felt a little self-conscious swimming there. Otherwise, this hotel strikes a nice middle ground. The room was good, with standard amenities, a hairdryer, and even a qibla pointer. Staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant choices are fairly basic, with a main course, usually Indonesian, drinks like water and tea, and fruit. There's no infused water or broad range of cuisines, but it covers the basics.

The staff here are REALLY friendly, the friendliest I've seen at a hotel. Housekeeping cleaned my room thoroughly, the pool was clean and open for generous hours, and the gym is available 24 hours. Breakfast was very good for a Fairfield, too. There are two Indomaret and plenty of ATMs nearby. I'm in room 358 right now. A couple of things fell short: I couldn't find a hotel WhatsApp number, and got no reply to my Instagram DM. Also, even though I'm lifetime diamond with Hilton, diamond with Accor, titanium with GHA, and only gold with Marriott Bonvoy right now, this is the first time I haven't found a welcome letter and food in the room. Still, if you ask whether it's worth staying, I'd say definitely yes. Special praise to Ms Rika.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, both were delicious. The pool was clean, lovely for an evening swim, and just the right temperature. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderful, especially Youlia B, Sidhii M, and the front desk team. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The location has one drawback for vehicles: without a cross road, coming from the left means going around the loop, which takes much longer. On foot, though, several shops, the mall, and places to eat are comfortably close. My husband and I would recommend the hotel.

They greeted us warmly as soon as we came into the lobby. Staff were helpful all the way through, arranging a luggage trolley and booking a taxi for our departure. Keep up the good service, and see you next time.
