The location is a real plus, close to everything in Kuta. As a solo traveler looking for a clean, affordable place to sleep and recharge, it worked very well, and I'd stay again. My twin room was spacious, with more room than I expected, and had a big TV. It was clean, and the staff were warm, helpful, and easy to approach whenever I needed something. Breakfast wasn't included, and the pool was being built during my stay, so I couldn't use it. I also spotted a little mold on the bathroom ceiling that they could probably sort out. Otherwise, I had nothing to complain about. For the price, it's really good value, and I don't think you'll find better in the area.

The hotel seems fairly new and is good value for a night or two. In room 201, though, the AC wouldn't get cold even with the setting at 16 and the fan on full. I asked staff to check it, and they said they had, but I think they only looked at it. Being near the main road also means you might hear traffic late at night, especially motorcycles with loud exhausts.

The room was clean, and the AC worked well without giving me a sore throat. Staff were so friendly, and I had some good chats with them. I had a great time here and would definitely come back.

The rooms were very clean, and everyone on staff was friendly. Tia especially was always smiling, warm, and professional. Room 103's air con didn't work, but they moved me to 303, where the big bed was really comfortable and the AC was perfect. It's a modern, clean hotel with a small pool that's nice for cooling off. One suggestion: sell cold drinks like water and coke in a fridge at reception.
