Being able to check in at 2 am was the best part for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. It's a decent budget hotel for a short stay, though the wear and tear shows its age. Breakfast would be better with a few more food choices.

I stayed in early December 2025, and checkout was easy. They returned the 50k room key deposit then, just as promised. Check-in was quick. The hotel's on Raya Kuta, close to restaurants and souvenir shops, so breakfast was easy to find nearby even though my booking didn't include it. My room was a reasonable size and a little old but okay. The AC worked well. It came with soap, two towels, and two bottled waters, but no toothbrush. There were also two 1.5 litre bottles of water for sale in the room.

The staff were friendly and let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The location is convenient for getting to lots of places. My room wasn't spotless, but it was comfortable enough. Nothing special, but for the price it's good value and works well for a short budget stay.

The security guard was really kind and helped with my luggage when I was leaving. I meant to tip him, but my Grab arrived and everything happened so fast. I was travelling alone and felt safe, even checking in around 2am after my flight was delayed. It was great value for the price. If I had to pick at things, a detachable showerhead and thicker doors would help, since neighbours' bags and conversations woke me in the morning. Still, at this price I can bring my own earplugs 🙈 Thanks again!

Mr. Semara at the concierge desk was such a lovely part of the stay, polite, gentle, friendly, respectful, and always helpful. He represents the hotel so well. We even got an early check-in for free. I picked this place mainly for its location, and it was super convenient compared with nearby hotels, only about 10 minutes from the airport. Such a good choice for a short stay. Thanks so much, I hope I can come back one day!
