Poto and the rest of the staff were wonderful, always checking that we were looked after. We had a really relaxing time in Bali, and I highly recommend the experience. I'd happily come back.

The private pool was a real plus, and we had a fun, relaxing stay. They cleaned the place and made the beds each day. We enjoyed the breakfast they prepared for us on the first morning. There are rats around; you get used to them, and some days we neither saw nor heard any.

The villa was very clean and the pool area was lovely, but the TV doesn't work and the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom wasn't working properly. I stopped by four weeks earlier and heard another couple raise the same issue, so it still hadn't been sorted. Getting here by public transport is difficult, and walking to the main shopping strip in the heat is too much of a trek.

We had no problems during our stay, and everything worked as it should. The staff were helpful, and the villa has a lovely setup. It's just a few minutes on foot to shops, restaurants, and other nice places around central Seminyak. We had a good stay here a couple of months ago.

The rooms are roomy enough for a large family, and the staff were friendly. A nice villa.
