Jepun Segara Guest House

After missing my flight, I needed somewhere to leave my belongings and lie down for a while. The staff were friendly, and the airport is an easy walk away. It's an affordable, convenient place to stay.

I booked it for an eight-hour stop before my 1 am flight, and for what I paid, it was well worth it. The place has been newly renovated, with fresh tiles, a clean toilet, and clean sheets on the bed. You can walk to the airport. I'd recommend it for this kind of short wait.

The balcony was a highlight for me, handy for drying clothes or just sitting outside. My room was clean and furnished with useful things like plenty of outlets and a fridge, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Jepun Guesthouse is in a convenient part of Kuta, close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The area is touristy, but it makes a good base, and a taxi ride to the airport takes about 10 minutes. The staff were welcoming and lovely. For the price, I thought it was excellent value, and I'd recommend Jepun to anyone after an affordable, comfortable stay in Kuta.

The location is convenient, and the room and bathroom looked fairly clean. The bathroom did smell bad, though, and the shower curtain had rust stains. After we checked out, the owner spoke with us in person about the problems, which I appreciated. As I said, the rooms were clean, and I guess the smell may have been from plumbing issues.
