I usually try to focus on the positives and don't complain about places, but this stay was really hard to deal with. At check-in, a staff member spent about 15 minutes looking through the reservations before coming back to say he'd found mine. The room smelled awful, coming from the toilet, so at night we slept with the door open. There was fungus on the walls, curtains, and toilet. We had no toilet paper or towels. When I asked for towels, they said all of them were at the laundry, and gave me just one dirty hand towel and some toilet paper. Later, while we were napping, they kept knocking and then tried to open the door, waking us up. They wanted to give us one old towel, even though there were two of us. That night we asked to move because the smell was disgusting and made it hard to breathe. They said the place was fully booked, but their website still showed rooms available when I checked. I pointed that out, and he kept insisting it was full. Be careful, they may be overbooked when you arrive. We didn't ask to move the next day because we'd heard that some other rooms had bed bugs. On our third night, my boyfriend asked for toilet paper and was told they had none. I was angry, so I asked again. The staff member said he'd already told him there wasn't any. I said to call the boss and get some, because after three days of using my own supply, I'd run out. My voice was a little loud, and other people were watching, so he said he'd check again. After 10 minutes, he finally brought toilet paper from another room. They made everything difficult and unpleasant, and I couldn't understand why they acted that way. I wouldn't come back. There are much better places at this price.
