The gardens are immaculate, the pool area has lots of free loungers, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The whole place stays cool with a lovely breeze, and the beds and pillows are very soft. Tortoises, peahens, and plenty of large koi wander or swim around the property. It was the accommodation highlight of our trip. The place feels clean and timeless in its Indo style, with modern amenities. We looked at Rascals across the road, but preferred the authentic Indonesian villa feel here to the ultra-modern style so many places are moving toward. Pullman resort seemed run down, with rough gardens and a soulless feel. This place was much better and better priced. We'll definitely come back.

The friendly tortoises and birds roaming around added a special, nature-connected feel to our stay in Kuta Lombok. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, with a natural atmosphere, and the design fits its surroundings well. We appreciated the à la carte breakfast, which could be served in the restaurant or brought to our villa. There are restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the resort rents scooters for exploring the area. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Communication was easy because the reception and restaurant staff speak good English. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this resort for its comfort, location, and atmosphere.

We stayed at Jivana both before and after a side trip to the Gili islands, and really enjoyed it. The garden was delightful and the place felt like a peaceful little oasis. Our room was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious outdoor bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Jeky, Dedi, and Dito deserve a special mention for helping arrange our travel to and from the Gili islands. Thanks for such a lovely stay. We hope to come back one day.

The spa at Jivana Resort Kuta Lombok was clean, calm, and beautifully designed. I had a 90-minute Balinese massage, and the therapist was professional and attentive throughout. The pressure felt just right, and I came away feeling refreshed. The peaceful atmosphere made the treatment especially relaxing. It was one of the best massages I've had in Lombok, and I'd highly recommend it if you want to unwind during your stay.

The gardens and ponds are the real jewel here, beautifully designed and fragrant. The atmosphere, service, and villas are all wonderful too. Steve has created a distinctive oasis in the middle of Kuta, with a remarkable landscape and breathtaking views where you'd never expect to find them. Guinea fowl and pheasants wander freely, giant koi carp shimmer under the water, and children love running off to feed the turtles. It feels like time stands still here. We keep coming back with great pleasure.
