Casa Wina Kuta

The hotel has a decent atmosphere and a pretty good location, but I was really disappointed by the room and service. It was dirty, and the floor didn’t look properly mopped or vacuumed. The bathroom felt old, and the shower pressure was very weak. There was no tissue on the first day, then housekeeping left no towels the next day. I had to contact reception about three times before they finally brought some. I’ve honestly never stayed in a hotel this bad, so I’m giving it one star. If you just want a cheap place in a good location and don’t care much about quality, it might work for you. Personally, I wouldn’t stay again.

Room service was quick and tasty, and breakfast was excellent. The pool bar was fantastic too, with great cocktails. A big thank you to Ratna and Tike for being professional, kind, and so welcoming, and for their amazing food and drinks. The hotel is very well located, and the staff are attentive and caring. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been to Bali quite a few times, and Casa Wina is my favourite place to stay. I always felt welcome, safe, and well looked after by the staff, security team, and especially the receptionists, including Taz. Housekeeping was quick each day, and the poolside bartender was great. I’ll be back and recommend it to anyone considering a stay.

We stayed for two weeks and found this small hotel quiet but really well located. The staff were very friendly, especially Gede Eka at the pool bar. Good price, and close to everything.
