We barely slept here. People were talking loudly well past midnight, music was blaring from somewhere, and roosters were right next door. There wasn’t even soap or toilet paper in the room. We asked hours earlier, but it only arrived after we’d gone to bed. Wayan showed us to the room, then we couldn’t reach or find him again until after we’d gone to sleep. We picked this place because it was close to the airport and the reviews called it decent and quiet. I really regret it. The place feels worn out, and the atmosphere just wasn’t good. I’ve paid the same price for incredible places in Bali. You can do better elsewhere, so stay somewhere else.

For 300k, you can find much better places. The Booking photos don’t match what you actually get, the Wi-Fi is very bad, and the place feels cramped and worn out. At least we’d only booked one night. The noise was constant: the nearby street, something that sounded like a local pub, roosters, and even a beeping thing by our door that went on all night. The walls are so thin you hear everything. Wayan seems like a nice guy, but he didn’t answer my WhatsApp messages between 6 and 9pm, or when I tried to reach him about the missing toilet paper and soap. There wasn’t any toilet paper or soap in the room. It definitely wasn’t quiet.

The roosters and drunk people partying outside the rooms were bad enough. There was no water, tea, or coffee, and big bags of rotting rubbish were sitting just inside the entrance. When we arrived, staff were sitting around drinking beer and only half greeted us. Very disappointing.

The room was really comfortable, and the pool was lovely for cooling off on hot days. Such a nice homestay experience, definitely worth visiting.

A good option for a stay of weeks or even months, and the prices are very reasonable. It’s easy to get to the main road, with shops, food places, and a supermarket nearby. The rooms with a small kitchen, fridge, Wi-Fi, TV, and daily cleaning are in the main building, with a small pool in the middle. There are also simpler rooms in a separate building with AC but no Wi-Fi or pool. Highly recommend.
