A very good villa with a pool. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and comfortable too. Service staff were great.

I had one of the worst stays I can remember. The villa was extremely old and badly maintained, nothing like the online photos. The area around it felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially at night. The bathroom was dirty, the general cleanliness was unacceptable, and I found a lizard on the bed, which was really disturbing. I told the staff, but they ignored my complaint and didn’t take it seriously. The bed was uncomfortable and I slept poorly. The outdoor space by the pool was filthy too, so it was hard to enjoy any part of the place. I asked for a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable staying there, but they refused. I ended up leaving the very next day even though I’d booked for longer. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Handy location, about 10 minutes from the airport early in the morning and 20 to 30 when traffic is busier. The staff were great, and the AC and pool were good. The bathroom was amazing, with long hot showers and a quick system if you ran out. There were a few mosquitoes, but they provide spray and a bug zapper and it didn’t bother me. Good value for the price and location.

A large private pool, a reasonable price, and a neighborhood that isn’t too touristy. There are lots of local warungs and spas nearby, including our favorite, Norman Warung. It’s roughly a 25 minute walk to Kuta Mall and the beach, so it’s not the place to choose if you want to be close to the beach. Netflix was a nice extra. We heard some karaoke one Saturday afternoon, but it wasn’t a big deal.
