The staff were consistently polite and helpful, including the security team outside the villa. Our private bungalows were serviced daily, breakfast came with lots of choice, and the grounds and pool were also cared for every day. After outings or shopping, we loved relaxing by the pool among the plants. Inside, the big dining room, kitchen, and family room gave our group plenty of space, and the large windows looked out over the pool, which was especially handy with young children. It was a very comfortable two-week family holiday. I'd highly recommend this villa, and based on the service, I expect the other villas in the chain are just as good.

The booking team gave us great guidance and kept in touch so well. Andi was lovely and full of useful information, and gede made us delicious breakfasts each day with a smile. From cold water waiting on our airport pickup to a fridge stocked with cold drinks and Bintangs, the staff went above and beyond. Villa An Tan was pure bliss, with lots of space, a huge pool, and clean, cool air-conditioned rooms. It was close to everything, too. We'll be back with the Bugis group again and again.

We've stayed at Villa An Tan twice now and have used Villa Bugis three times. There's so much room here, unlike the small hotel rooms we've had elsewhere, and the private pool is huge. The family room and TV area are massive, and the staff are wonderful, always going out of their way to help. We'll keep coming back.
