Martas Windows Bungalows

Marta was helpful whenever I needed something, and everyone treated me kindly. The bed was really comfortable, too. It’s a great place in Kuta Lombok, close to the beaches and main attractions. I’d give it a 10.

Marta made getting around easy for us. We don’t ride motorbikes, but she helped arrange cars to nearby beaches and to and from the airport for a fair price. The whole team was welcoming and helpful, and the place is eco-conscious, with free water refills and plastic-free toothpaste in the rooms. We liked it so much that we came back twice. The rooms and location are fabulous, and I’d happily stay here again.

Marta is such a hands-on owner. She made sure we felt comfortable, at home, and safe, and was upfront that the pool was still under construction. I did consider whether to book again, but I’m glad I trusted my gut. It felt like she cared more about the guest experience than the money. Henri and the rest of the staff were lovely and well trained, always going out of their way to help. The location is very convenient, about a five-minute walk from a pharmacy, souvenir shop, money changer, restaurants, and other shops. Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. I liked that everything was branded ‘Marta’s Windows’; it gave the place a more refined, luxurious feel, almost like a five-star hotel. Breakfast had four choices and everything tasted good. The portions were generous, with a full fruit platter, coffee, juice, and a big serving of your chosen breakfast. 1000/10, I’d book here again on my next Kuta visit and recommend it to friends and family.

Marta puts so much heart and care into this lovely little boutique bungalow hotel in Lombok. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, with the facilities well kept and working smoothly. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon.
