Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

A very convenient place to stay, within easy walking distance of both the domestic and international terminals. We could bring the luggage trolley, and reception is open 24 hours. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are standard hotel style and a reasonable size, clean and tidy. Food is available all day and night, and breakfast is good value compared with what you’d pay at the airport.

After a month travelling around Indonesia, we spent one night at Novetel hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the facilities were fantastic. Our room was large and had everything we could want. I was especially glad to find both shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Someone even knocked on our door with a few little treats and drinks after we arrived, such a lovely touch. I’d booked through Qantas, so we also got free entry to the hotel’s premium lounge. It was open from 12pm to 9.30pm, with an amazing spread of food and drinks. My adult son particularly enjoyed the complimentary cocktails. We wish we could have stayed longer. My flight left around 1AM, so I stayed at this hotel near the airport and got some much-needed rest beforehand. The staff made check-in easy and were incredibly kind. I also tried the Premium Lounge, where the food was noticeably better than in other lounges. Ms. Sri Wiyani was especially friendly and helpful, and even accommodated requests for my child. Thanks for everything, I strongly recommend it.
