I booked four days but left after two, on the first night. There were bedbugs everywhere, and they infested all my luggage. The water wouldn't turn on so I could wash, the pool was full of bugs, and the staff were unresponsive, never around, and wouldn't even talk to you. I wouldn't go to this piece of Hotel. Don't go here. It's not fun or good. You'll get bedbugs and itch for weeks.

I liked how quiet it was, since the place sits far enough from Kuta's main area. I'm not into nightlife, and the ocean view was great from up there. It’s off a major road, though, so restaurants and activities aren’t walkable. You’ll need a scooter or taxi, but the drive is only 2 to 5 minutes. Keep the doors locked, because the monkeys may try to get inside! The room was comfortable and came with useful things like a balcony, a good view, a hair dryer, a sizable fridge, and shelves big enough to keep suitcases off the floor. The pool was nice and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter from them at a very reasonable daily price, and they also helped arrange taxis. The included breakfast was incredible, with lots of great options. It was the best we had on the whole trip, even better than plenty of restaurants.

The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were friendly. There are bike rentals, so you can reach the center in less than 5 minutes, though it's a little far to get there on foot. One thing to know, the hotel entrance is on quite a steep hill. Riding a scooter up it could feel challenging if you're not used to it, but it's definitely doable. The views are beautiful.

The staff were rude and disrespectful, even making jokes about my disabled cousin. They pushed his wheel care too fast, and when he fell, they didn't help him back up. I have never seen anything like it. Shame on these people. The room was disgusting too: poop stains on the sheets, used condoms full of you know what in the bathroom, and bed bugs that bit us all over. This place turned a fun trip into a nightmare and wasted our money and time. I can't believe it's real. If you genuinely want to waste your money and hate every second, stay here. NEVER STAY HERE EVER.

The beds were infested with bed bugs, and there were no room keys. Staff were never around. I paid for 4 nights but left after 2. They said they would refund me, then said they had no cash on hand. One of the worst experiences ever.
