The room had no fridge, and we only got complimentary water once during our stay. In the morning, nearby mosque sounds woke us early, so light sleepers may want earplugs, since none are provided. Smoking isn't allowed on the balcony, and I wish they'd made that rule clearer beforehand. The TV wasn't smart, its picture quality was poor, and it was mounted too high to watch comfortably. Breakfast didn't feel worth the price: the food was basic, the butter tasted off, and the jam and juice portions were small. We also didn't feel comfortable eating there because the smell of incense or smoking sticks was strong throughout the hotel, including around the breakfast area.

We landed in Bali and stayed for one night before setting off on a road trip the next day. The place was surprisingly cosy, and the staff gave us a sweet little honeymoon surprise. Breakfast was great, all homemade and locally sourced. Our room was clean but rather small, and the shower pressure was just right. The location is impeccable, about a 10-minute walk from the airport and within 15 minutes on foot of shops, the beach, restaurants, and cafes.

We've stayed here twice, once after landing late and again for an afternoon nap before a late evening flight. The hotel is really close to the airport, which made it super convenient. Friendly staff, clean room, very good breakfast, and excellent value for the price.

Rakaayu works well as a transit hotel for trips to or from Denpasar airport, particularly if you arrange an airport transfer. The rooms were clean and functional, though unfortunately very noisy. Service was friendly, but breakfast had little choice. For the price, I can recommend the hotel.

It's very close to the airport, just 5-10 minutes by car. The room and bathroom were clean, but there was no hairdryer and the room isn't soundproof. A few times in the middle of the night, I woke to someone singing and other noises. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two glass bottles of water in the room are free, but you can't take the bottles with you. You can buy a bottle for 10k.
