The owner was awful to deal with. She screamed at people, lied about things, and took care of nothing. We could be without water for days or weeks. When I raised it, she'd yell or say we needed to give her money to fix it. Almost every month she'd ask to borrow money, and if you refused, she'd come up with new charges for parking, water, cleaning, or make claims about your electricity use. They try to get people to pay several months in advance. But tenants seem to leave as soon as they can, often after only a few weeks, and the rent paid ahead isn't returned. It feels like an easy way to keep people's money after they pay for three to six months and leave after one. If you're thinking of renting a house here, don't.

It's nice to read tenants' reviews that sound happy. Just so you know, my rooms are always full and there's a waiting list. I'm glad I've finally found tenants who understand the rental rules without me having to explain much. They stay long term, are happy here, have no complaints, and pay without difficulty. I booked through Airasiago and checked in with my family on 20 December 2019, only to find a shockingly dirty room. It looked as if it had been abandoned for a long time and wasn't fit to stay in. No proper staff greeted us, just cleaners, and nobody did anything when I complained. We checked out right away and found another hotel. I wonder why Airasia lists this place.

This place was awful and creepy. The roof was broken, there were spider webs everywhere, and the rooms smelled terrible. Nothing seemed to get maintained, and the staff weren't friendly. I really can't recommend it.
