I got the 28m2 unit on the second floor, and it was fine. The rooms are clean, with hot water that comes out strong. There’s a refrigerator in each unit, which was handy for the frozen souvenirs I brought. I think the 40m2 unit downstairs has a kitchen. The price was very affordable, I paid 326,000 Rupiah. It’s close to restaurants and everything else. For breakfast, Soto and Rawon Surabaya is a seven-minute walk or a three-minute motorbike ride. The koya is great, and an affordable 21,000 Rupiah gets you a rice meal with chicken soto. The unit with a kitchen is only around 50 Rupiah.
