I’d happily book another stay here. The pool was lovely and kept in great shape, and the bar had tasty food and good drinks. My room felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent too, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fast, reliable WiFi made a big difference for my work, so I’m glad I moved here from my previous place. My new room was beautiful, spotless, and well kept, and the facilities helped me feel comfortable. The staff were kind, professional, and quick to help. I’m staying longer, for sure. Highly recommend it.

Sikara itself is lovely: it’s clean and beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are kind and helpful. If the manager’s behavior hadn’t affected our stay, I’d happily give it five stars. My husband and I were there for 10 nights, and my mother joined us for a few days. When a flight delay meant she needed to arrive a night later, I asked to move her reservation. The manager wouldn’t make any adjustment, even though the hotel didn’t appear full and many rooms were still listed online. Given how long we were staying, that was disappointing. We also rented a scooter and caused some minor damage. It still worked, and we were ready to pay for repairs. We even got a quote from a local mechanic. The manager tried to charge us three times that amount, plus several months of lost use, saying replacement parts would take a long time. From what we found, the parts were available right away. When we tried to discuss a fair solution, he raised his voice and threatened to kick us out. His attitude felt passive-aggressive and as if regular guests didn’t matter. We saw a very different side when influencers stayed, with him making a clear effort to keep them happy and secure a good review.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel really deserves one. The garden was lush, and I loved the interior choices. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful while still giving us space. On arrival they said, “welcome home.” After a couple of days, coming back each evening after surfing and exploring the area started to feel exactly like that. Kuta’s lively atmosphere was lovely to return to. Whether you’re on honeymoon, celebrating a birthday, or simply want a beautiful place to stay, this is a good choice. We’ll definitely be back.
