Nagasutra Villa by Nakula

I ended up taking my business elsewhere because I couldn’t rely on the pricing, especially for something as important as a wedding. I’d recommend getting every price and inclusion clearly agreed in writing before moving ahead. I never actually stayed at Nagasutra Villa, but spent a good amount of time discussing it with management while considering it for my wedding party. At first, they offered a discounted package if I added either transportation or a cooking service, lunch or dinner. After a week of clarifying questions, I confirmed I wanted transportation included. I followed up several times, but they took a while to send the revised offer. Then the terms suddenly changed: the discount would only apply if I booked both transportation and dinner, and lunch was no longer an option. Being told that “prices can change at any time” after we’d just reached an understanding felt unprofessional, particularly since the delays were on their end. The villa may be beautiful, but the change left me concerned about whether the pricing was reliable.

The villa is beautiful for a group, and the views and pool are amazing. It’s far from everything, though, and while the staff are friendly, they seemed a little lazy. The place also needs some upkeep.

Those views are stunning, and the beds were so comfortable that I had my best sleep. It’s a beautiful villa, and I can’t wait to stay again.
