We got to check in early since the room was ready, which was great. Everything was clean, and the restaurant out front served pretty tasty food. They also offer tours, bike rental, and taxis. Really good quality for the price.

I was surprised to see so many positive reviews 😅. I hated staying here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Right at check-in, they told us there was an extra fee for credit card payments, even though that hadn't been advertised on Booking. I complained, but the woman at the desk just smiled and didn't seem to understand much English. I emailed the Manager, who agreed to remove the charge. The room was old and poorly maintained, with a broken toilet and a TV that didn't work. Breakfast was really cheap, and the kitchen area wasn't clean either. We even spent a day at a restaurant just to avoid being at the hotel. There aren't many options for restaurants or shops nearby. I would not recommend this place.

I had lunch at the restaurant today, though I wasn't staying at one of their accommodations. The food was very tasty, but the service really stood out. The girls serving me were incredible, attentive, and friendly. They were also kind enough to pack a plastic fork, ketchup, and mayonnaise with my leftovers when I asked for a takeaway box. I highly recommend it.

Margiana was awesome and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. All the staff were very polite, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, too. We loved it and would definitely recommend the place to friends and family.
