Arjuna Bungalow

There’s a nice pool outside, with a table where you can have your morning coffee. The surroundings are calm and close to nature, without disturbances. The room felt fresh, with a king-size bed and an attached toilet. The shower area was especially spacious and clean. A nice place and a great deal.

The location is excellent and the atmosphere is really cozy. There’s plenty of potential here, but during our stay the pool was very dirty and didn’t feel inviting for a swim. The breakfast buffet also needs work, both in food quality and variety. In the room, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted and made it uncomfortably cold. There were no trash bins, and no refrigerator either, which I’d expect at a hotel of this level. The shower’s hot water ran out quickly, especially inconvenient in the morning. I’d rate the stay 3 out of 5 for now. I hope the hotel takes this feedback on board, because these improvements could make it a place guests want to return to.

The staff really made us feel at home. They were caring, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed something. We enjoyed our time so much that we stayed longer. At Arjuna Bungalows, the rooms were kept clean and in good condition, and the pool was just right for a relaxing swim in the afternoon or evening. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Nusa Penida.

I booked this for my parents’ Bali trip, and they were so well looked after that they still remember the lovely woman who called herself Mother. Her care and affection made everyone feel at home. Highly recommended.
