Katut, the owner, runs this lovely, safe property with his family and is an amazingly hospitable host. There were staff around all the time, and someone on site always spoke English well. The buildings are very new, the rooms were very clean, rubbish was taken out regularly, and toiletries were provided. We had hot water showers, a heater, coffee and tea, great A/C, and no bugs. The shared fridge and free clean water refills were a big plus. Food options were very good and cheap, and could be brought to the room. I'd recommend that. Katut also sorted out lots of things for us, like taxis, tickets, and motorbike rental, and I'd highly recommend letting him help. It was much more than we expected.

It's a very quiet place, without nearby neighbors whose roosters crow every day. The rooms are renovated, and the owner keeps the property well maintained. The yard is swept and cleaned every day, which makes it comfortable for residents. The guesthouse owner is a really nice, responsive person, and the Balinese family is wonderful. Prices are average and comfortable, and the location is excellent. There are two-story villas with their own kitchens and showers.

A 10-minute bike ride gets you to the nearest beach, and there are lots of little cafes and shops nearby. The courtyard is leafy, and it's a really cozy place.
