The staff were very nice and spoke English well, and both the room and bathroom were clean. There’s a restaurant on site, so meals are easy. It’s a 9-minute walk from the airport, so you don’t need a taxi, though the taxi price offered was 40k IDR. It is quite far from the city center, where the supermarket and night food options are. The hostel does have a shuttle you can book.

The dim lighting in the dorms and the 15-minute walk to the main town along the walking path didn’t help. I didn’t feel very comfortable here, so I stayed just one night and left. At least it’s near the airport, about a 10-minute walk, with no taxi needed.

It’s only about a 5-minute walk from the airport, which makes it a great place for the night before a departure the next day. The room was clean, the facilities were clean, and the service was friendly. I liked the outdoor bathrooms, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Above them is a spot to relax, charge devices, and use free wifi. You can hang clothes out back. For food, head down near the airport or go back into town, which costs 30k-50k rp one way. Water is available near the restaurant next door.

I shared a room with 4 bunk beds with my friends and found it comfortable. There were only 3 or 4 bathrooms, though, so sometimes we had to wait. There’s a cafeteria attached to the hostel.

It was a really nice, quiet place, and I liked the little rooftop area for hanging out. The staff were helpful. There aren’t good vegetarian options nearby, so staying closer to the main road would be more convenient. If you’re here for just a day, maybe stay in town instead.
