The hospitality made our stay, especially the care from Celina Sindy Lestari at reception. She was always smiling, attentive, and very professional, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Her warmth and dedication showed in all the little details. Everything else was lovely too: a stunning view, spotless rooms, a great location, and delicious breakfast by the sea. That kind of genuine kindness and professionalism is rare. I couldn't recommend Flamingo Bajo more. A true gem in Labuan Bajo!

The setting is peaceful, and the view from here is excellent. The food service falls short of what competing places offer, though, and the staff could improve their service.

The staff were really friendly and quick to sort out any problems. It was also very quiet, though I could hear the neighbors through the walls. I stayed three nights in a modern, clean, cozy room with beautiful views. Breakfast could be better: there weren't many healthy choices, and there was no milk for coffee. Had they run out?

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious with all the amenities I needed. The ocean view was breathtaking, and this felt well worth the money. A great pick if you want to stay in a quieter part of Labuan Bajo.

The restaurant has a lovely sunset view, and the pool is great, though there are only four lounge chairs. The modern rooms are beautiful and have spectacular views, but you can hear the neighbors. The lift makes getting around easy, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was so-so, with no Western options.
