Everyone on staff was so cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast was great every day. A lot of the staff are learning, and they’re really keen to learn and put what they’ve learned to use. We loved our stay.

The staff were amazing and always tried their best to make our 5 nights at Pavilla comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious, and the laundry service was excellent. The bathroom could be improved, especially the shower pressure, and I’d suggest adding another breakfast option like pancakes. For the average price in LB, I can’t complain.

We planned to stay 3 days 2 nights, but an eruption on the eastern part of Flores stranded us and we had to extend for another 4 days. The staff, and the lady manager I guess, were so kind to us throughout. Kudos to them. The room was very spacious and breakfast was great. It’s quite far from town, but the place is nice and you can get there by Grab. Highly recommended!

The room was cleaned daily, the sheets were fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. Free water refills were a really nice touch. The bathroom was basic and the shower pressure was low, though you get what you pay for. The extraction fan was also very noisy whenever the bathroom light was on, while the air-con was quiet and worked really well. There isn’t much around the hotel, but it has a quiet restaurant and a pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and arranged taxis to the dive center and airport. You can walk to the main area of town in about 25-30 minutes, and it’s a lovely walk, though it can get hot. A taxi car costs 50k and a grab bike 15k, and both take around 5-10 minutes. Getting back is easy enough since lots of people on the street offer taxis.
