The little things made this anniversary trip feel special, even though the team didn’t know that’s what we were celebrating. At breakfast they’d bring treats to our table, and when we passed on the ondeh-ondeh because it was too sweet, Jenni later came to our room with two tarts after hearing what we prefer. They even had “Thank you for staying with us” written on them. Everyone greeted us with warm, sometimes shy smiles and thanked us for staying. They extended checkout before our complimentary ride to the ferry terminal, and someone asked if we needed more water or tea bags in the room. That small, thoughtful question really stuck with me. I can already picture us coming back.

Our kid especially loved the fish feeding, along with the kids club, pool, and beach, so that made the stay wonderful for us too. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to pitch in with a smile. The room was spotless, nicely designed, and comfortable, and the relaxed feeling started as soon as we arrived. We had a great time and would happily stay again. Definitely recommend it.

The honeymoon bed setup with “Happy Honeymoon” was such a sweet surprise and made the visit feel personal. The staff were welcoming and polite throughout, and our clean, cozy room was easy to settle into. It’s a smaller resort, which suited us for a quiet weekend and made it feel peaceful. Food was the one letdown. The buffet and hotel dining looked fine, but the taste was fairly average, and we wondered if nearby restaurants might be more satisfying. Better meals would make the stay even stronger. Still, we had a comfortable, relaxing escape and would consider coming back for another reset.

The pool is pleasant, though it only goes to 1.2 meters deep. Breakfast had a big spread, including plenty of Indonesian dishes, and was tasty, but could be better if it’s going to be truly excellent. Our room was lovely and had all the amenities. I’d pick a pool view room for the balcony. The front desk was great, and even the guard at the main entrance welcomed us politely when we arrived on motorcycles. Every staff member was friendly. A good fit for families, couples, or a trip with friends.

We were really happy with the balcony room and its incredible view right over the beach. Check-in was smooth, with Restu helping us along. The meals and drinks were all excellent, whether we ordered room service or had them at the bar. Breakfast stood out for both its quality and the range of choices. Thanks to the F&B team, the chefs, Stefan, Didi, and everyone else for making it such a good stay. The facilities had everything we needed, and we’ll be back. Kudos to Pak Andi and the whole team.
