Banyan Tree Bintan

The beach is lovely and private, with comfortable beds to relax on and really good waves. Service was warm and efficient everywhere, from reception and the buggy team to the beach staff and waiters. The Indonesian food, especially at Treetops, was the best. Another wonderful stay, and the only bad part is how hard it is to leave this place.

We spent five lovely nights at Banyan Tree for our babymoon. The staff remembered little things about us and greeted us with a smile at every hour, which made each day feel special. Dave was a legend, sorting out our activities, transfers, and bookings. We loved the delicious food, especially the authentic Indonesian dishes, and had fun learning to cook them. The hotel and our room were beautiful. Thanks for an amazing holiday, we can’t wait to return to Bintan and Banyan!

The food was amazing, and everyone we met here was so kind and friendly. Dave and Erika, the two trainees, were especially lovely. We had an absolutely dreamy stay. Thanks so much to everyone, we’d definitely recommend coming here.

The massage therapist Emma was excellent, and the service felt warm and welcoming, especially from Kasir. The sea views are great, and it’s a peaceful resort made up of villas. Food was pretty good, though a little expensive. The resort has been open for nearly 30 years and is starting to show its age. The physical facilities need a refurbishment if it’s to compete with similar resorts in this region and price range.
