The location worked well for a quiet getaway near the beach, and the price felt like good value, even more than that. We chose a Villa with Sea View and had two rooms plus an extra sofa bed, a big clean bathroom, and a view we couldn’t ask more from. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with another sofa bed if you have more than two kids. The facilities were cool, including a clean swimming pool, a full refrigerator, and a TV in each room. We had a great two-night stay. One thing to note, if you’re Muslim, I think you’ll need to look for food outside.

The price was really good, and the staff were so kind, especially Bagus. Breakfast was fantastic, too. The location near the beach is wonderful, and it’s so quiet and peaceful that I had the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had in Bali.

After a month in Indonesia, we were craving Western food, and the burgers at Istana Balian hit the spot. They were as good as the burgers we get back home in London. The local food looked really good too. Wish we’d had more time to come back.

Every meal was a delight, and the whole team made our seven days in Bali feel special. Each staff member was polite, genuinely kind, and always smiling, which brightened our days. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We only went to the restaurant, not the hotel. The food was fantastic and everyone was very welcoming. It’s the best place around here to watch football on weekends during the season. It’s also very close to the beach and nearby villas. Highly recommended.
