The restaurant food was good, with a nice view of one of Lamongan’s busier streets. Housekeeping was always willing to help with requests, and the staff were very friendly. I stayed here for a few days earlier this year, and found it one of the better places in Lamongan. The rooms were fine, clean, with big double beds, and the bathrooms were in good condition with proper showers. I recommend Hotel Elresas and would stay again. Terima kasih!

The location near Masjid Agung Lamongan is quite good, but I wasn’t happy with the service for the price, which felt expensive. There’s no hot water in the bathroom, and the shower looked old and was broken or leaking. The front desk area is tiny and down in the basement.

Being near the city square is a real plus, and the staff were kind and quick to respond to what we needed. Even when the parking area was full, they guided us to park comfortably. The room needs some work, especially the bathroom, and the doormat should be replaced. The second-floor hallway also smelled a bit like a leaking bathroom, which was unpleasant for guests going to their rooms or the hall.

The restaurant is open around the clock, and there are places near the hotel where you can get fried rice or chicken noodles, so dinner is easy. The location is right in the city centre, and the place is comfortable, though my room felt a little cramped.
