The bed springs were really noticeable, and the flattened pillow made it hard to get comfortable. I barely slept because of a sound from what might have been an automatic water pump, and there was a bedbug on the mattress. The room smelled musty, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the floor under the sink was dirty. I hope the owner will take better care of the property's cleanliness.

At 350,000 Rupiah, this place feels overpriced. The bathroom is very dirty and leaky, the TV channels are often inconvenient to use, and the Wi-Fi works only sometimes. There's even a “boarding house” sign out front, so it comes across more like a boarding house than a guesthouse, despite the high price.

For under 150,000 Rupiah, the facilities are great: warm water, cold AC, clean, fresh-smelling sheets and towels, soap and shampoo, plus free mineral water and Wi-Fi. The location is convenient, near Lawang Market, and the receptionist was friendly. The TV is a regular digital model, not a Smart TV. I'd stay here again on another trip.

The location is convenient, but in July 2025 the price was over 500k. The room wasn't very clean, didn't look like the pictures, and breakfast wasn't included.

We found it easy to get food nearby, with Lawang Market close by and plenty of cheap, tasty options. The place also has a kitchen for cooking. Rooms are spacious, the beds are large, and the toilets are nice, which worked well for our family. The facilities felt fair for the price. The atmosphere was comfortable and homey. We were lucky to get an inside room, which was very quiet. It's also near the train station and our family's house. The staff were kind and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed in, with a small extra charge.
