It's a pity that the management hasn't put enough effort into training and selecting the Front Office staff, especially for a residence with such adequate facilities. Please train them to behave professionally and be more informative and helpful, so residents can feel comfortable living here.

The pool sits between the four towers, with plenty of air and room to lounge or swim. I also love the gym, which has good equipment and lots of natural light. Security is good too, with access cards needed for each floor, the pool, and the basement. Gardenia Tower has this studio unit. The complex has only four apartment towers, three with their own entrances and drop-off drives. The ground lobby feels airy and comfortable, with sofas and reception. At street level there are laundromats, mini markets, and cafes. AEON Mall and The Breeze are a short walk away, right across from the designated Digital Hub.

I've been staying in Cassea Tower. The view of bsd city is beautiful, parking is fairly wide and it's easy to find an open spot. The lift is quick and stable, and the place is clean. Buying an electric token is a hassle: you have to go to the management building and transfer it manually. If the power runs out on Friday night, do you have to wait until Monday morning? 🙂 There isn't an ATM nearby, and GSM signal is poor on higher floors. I tried telkomsel and xl. The shower hanger is too low, and Security said there was no trolley at Cassea Tower when I asked to borrow one. The internet package differs from a normal package, and the minimum is around 400k. They said that's the case for all Apartment in BSD area. Cark park monthly : 250k Bike park monthly : 100k
