Fame Hotel Gading Serpong

Getting around from Fame Hotel Gading Serpong was easy, with Bethsaida Hospital and UMN nearby and Summarecon Mall Serpong only a short ride away. The themed movie and music decor was a fun touch, too. My room was compact but spotless, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. The staff were always smiling and professional, and both check-in and check-out went quickly. I was impressed by how much value the hotel offered without skimping on quality. It’s a budget-friendly fit for a business or leisure visit, and I’d happily stay there again.

The bathroom was kept really clean, with hardly any stains, and the wooden-style floor was nice underfoot instead of feeling cold. My double superior room was roomy for the price, so it felt like a good deal for our one-night family visit. The AC was noisy enough to interrupt my sleep, and I heard loud footsteps from upstairs without knowing what they were. There wasn’t a hairdryer either, which I hope they’ll improve.

This is a basic, no-frills hotel, but the room and staff were decent. Since the price was on the low side, it makes sense if you have something to do nearby. I stayed two nights while attending a conference at ICE BSD, which is a reasonable taxi ride away. Being right beside a hospital also makes it especially useful if you’re visiting for a hospital-related reason, such as caring for a relative who’s admitted.

I had a good stay, but room service woke me just to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. If you stay here, put the Privacy card outside your door so they don’t disturb you.
