A supermarket is right beside the hotel, and the airport is nearby, but I didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the room. It had an eerie feel, and I even wondered if there might be a spy cam somewhere. If you can, don’t leave your things there. I booked a queen bed, then at check-in they said it wasn’t available and switched me to two twin beds. There were lots of mosquitoes, a leaking roof, and the toilet water barely came out. Staff were still mopping and sweeping when I arrived and asked me to wait. They also require your ID card, or a 50,000 Rupiah deposit that’s returned at checkout. The deposit receipt was just a slip of paper. Not worth the price.

The only upside is that it’s close to the airport. The room was badly maintained, with mosquitoes, a dirty bed and towel, and no hot water. At night it looked like a ghost room. I’ve never stayed somewhere like this before. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

I was happy with the service. I booked a taxi for 5 a.m., and it was ready right on time for 50,000 rupiah, about 5 Australian dollars. Free coffee, tea, and hot water were available anytime, and Alfamart is right next door. The shower is small, but that didn’t bother me, and there’s Wi-Fi. It’s close to the airport, though you still need a taxi. Walking there feels dangerous because the road is only wide enough for vehicles and there’s no walking path. I’d be happy to come back one day. 👍👍👍👍👍

The air conditioning didn’t work, and there were damp walls, mold, cracked tiles, and dirty pillows. My allergies flared up. I was in there less than 10 minutes.

The ceiling was broken, there was hardly any air conditioning, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The worst room ever.
