We had dinner at the strEATs restaurant and got a lovely surprise birthday celebration, which made the evening special. The food was delicious, and the music from Black coffee band brought back memories of the 70s and 80s. The whole atmosphere was great. 🍖🥩🍔🥙✨🕺🎼🎶🎵 Really appreciate the team’s effort and dedication to hospitality. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back another time 🤗

I didn’t realize I’d lost my gadget until two days after my stay, and I was afraid it was gone for good. The staff had found it and kept it safe for me. I’m very grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and help. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool and gym looked well maintained, and the on-site restaurant seemed inviting with plenty of options, though we didn’t include breakfast in our booking. The staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and service was smooth throughout. It was also easy to drive to AEON Mall BSD and The Breeze for food or to meet friends. Our room at ibis Styles Serpong BSD City was bright, clean, and nicely laid out, with cozy bedding and a refreshing rain shower. The air conditioning worked well and the Wi-Fi stayed stable. The lobby’s colorful, modern look captured the cheerful “Styles” feel, and our short stay was comfortable with good vibes. It’s a stylish, budget-friendly choice for a weekend in BSD.
