Booking online and checking in went smoothly. Just remember there’s a 50k IDR deposit (DP) due when you arrive. I chose the Lemo Hotel for work because the location was practical. My standard room wasn’t huge, but it had everything, including a safe, and the shower was genuinely excellent. One drawback for me was the outside light coming into the room at night. It’s not ideal if you like to sleep in complete darkness. For a fair price, you get good value. The little rooftop pool is a fun extra, and the water was refreshing, though the pool is too small for proper swimming. The area right around the hotel, between heavy traffic and industrial sites, isn’t pretty, but the staff do a nice job making the interior comfortable. You can walk to all kinds of shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes by crossing the main road. There’s a lot of parking, and the hotel organizes several events. Some suit kids, while business events are especially suitable here.

We stayed at Lemo Hotel for five nights and were pretty happy with how decent it was for the price. The room could’ve been brighter, but it was really clean 👍🏼. Breakfast was good, and the staff were polite, helpful, and amazing. The location was okay, not the best, though Gading Serpong is less than 100m away, which was convenient.

Booking online with a discount makes this a great value. The rooms, service, and breakfast are fair enough. It’s also kid friendly, with scheduled activities like drawing, coloring, and cooking classes.

The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, though neither was very large. I used the meeting room and found things good overall, but the food service, sound system, and air conditioning could have been better. It was good, just not quite great.
