It’d been a while since I’d had such a great one night hotel stay. Miss Raj gave tremendous service, and my room was ready with a perfect fruit platter waiting inside. The facilities are top notch, including a padel court in the hotel. The gym is a bit small, but the equipment is fresh. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, more than one level up. I’m glad to come back next time I’m in the BSD area. Superb!

I really like this Mercure, one of my favorites worldwide. Angga at the front office was friendly and professional, and handled my Platinum member check in flawlessly. The padel court was a great extra that made the stay feel special. I upgraded to a suite and was glad I did, the amenities were noticeably better and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but high quality, especially the lontong sayur, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise, and AEON is within walking distance. Wonderful hospitality, and I’ll definitely return.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the lobby is nice, though there are no sofas to sit on while waiting for a taxi. The Suite was still very comfortable, but the study table and sofa looked rather dated. With the handy location near malls and ICE BSD, modern rooms, dining, and recreation options, it suits business travelers and families. I’d rate it closer to a 3-star than a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good range of choices and a nice Indomie corner. The standard room was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and ICE BSD.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and when I ran into a few problems during my stay, they helped right away. I spent 4 days and 3 nights here for a concert and a friend's birthday party. My room was comfortable and the atmosphere felt very homey. I was upgraded to a room with excellent facilities. The service was absolutely worthy of a 5-star hotel. Thank you very much.
