The staff were friendly and didn’t get upset, even though they didn’t say the room looked like it had been used for sex. In fact, they laughed out loud. It’s a shame a guesthouse in such a strategic location is managed so poorly. We arrived in Serpong at 11 PM, found this guesthouse, and checked in without an app. They asked for 250. Since it was late and we couldn’t be bothered looking for apps, we offered 200, planning to stay three days, but we moved out after one. The first room we saw smelled musty and moldy. The second had stains that looked like sex marks, though I don’t know what they were. Tired, we had no choice but to check a third room. It was musty too, the sheets and pillowcases hadn’t been changed, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and there were no blankets or mineral water. Luckily, we had brought a pillowcase. When I checked the app, the price was only around 90,000 Rupiah.
