Katumbiri Resort by ARBA

When we arrived in heavy rain, there was nobody at the front gate to guide us, and no signs pointing to reception. The reception desk was empty too, so security had to help us find someone. Parking was also hard to figure out, and the road to the resort is only wide enough for one car, making it difficult to maneuver. I won’t complain about the room or anything else since it’s quite cheap, and people can judge that for themselves. I’d just like these issues to be taken seriously and addressed for future guests. As for me, I’d never come back if I can help it.
