I’ve lived here for over six years, and it used to be much more peaceful. Now the road-facing towers get constant motorcycle noise and exhaust. There are hardly any speed bumps to slow riders down, so they race through and rev their engines. I only get a quiet hour around 3-4 AM. 🥲

The garden, pool, and jogging track are all great, and the surrounding area feels exclusive. Scientia Park is like a beautiful, huge backyard, though you do have to pay to enter. There’s plenty of good food nearby too. Management takes professional care of the facilities, so I think this is a good investment.

It’s a nice, quiet place for a short or medium stay, and getting to nearby amenities is convenient. Farmer's mart, some eateries and restaurants, and plenty of convenience stores are close by. It has felt like a rather dead town since COVID-19, though.

You can walk to pretty much everything from this apartment: UMN, Praditha Uni, banks, a hospital, food centers, wartegs, and a leisure park. There are mini markets, a supermarket, chain restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, and an SDC charging station nearby too. Shuttle buses run on schedule from SDC to MRT Lebak Bulus and to SMS.
