The rooms are clean, and the sheltered entrance, laundry, Indomaret, ATM and food options are handy. There’s a pool, gym and WiFi too, plus fast lifts. The smart TV, cold air con, drinks and working fridge are nice. It’d be close to perfect with an instant water heater instead of the mixed shower. Aeon is nearby, though crossing the road is difficult.

I had to book another hotel because I couldn’t reach the person renting out the unit. They never replied, and it feels like a scam.

It’s a new apartment in a convenient spot, right beside aeon mall and close to prasmul univ and itsb univ, with atmajaya univ nearby too. I think it’s a really good value property.
