I stayed in a studio for three months, and it was spacious enough for one person. The pool on the third floor is very good, the gym is adequate, and I appreciated having Alfamart there. The gym could use a large dumbbell for bench presses and deadlifts, which are basic equipment at other fitness centers. The corridor to the studio also needs more frequent cleaning. Some residents smoke there and leave cigarette butts on the floor, so they could alternatively ban smoking indoors altogether. The complex is described as being near Cisauk train station. Its website says there’s a bridge to the station, but there isn’t, so you have to take Jalan Raya Cisauk to get there.
This apartment is underrated and the facilities are good. The building management should pay more attention to keeping the basement clean.
The Cisauk Point commuter access has been built and is being used properly. With demand so high, I’m not sure what’s holding this apartment complex back from moving ahead with similar development.
My landlord was nice, but after a month here I’m not sure I’ll stay, even though my contract is for six months. Getting e-commerce packages through the front office took ages. I had to find mine myself, even though it was nearby and in plain sight. The building management wasn’t much help either. Their working hours are very short, they close for holidays without any backup contact information, and their responses are slow and often don’t fix the issue. They should have shifts to cover this. The carport basement floods in the rainy season. An apartment should have a proper drainage system. I also can’t put much stock in promises like a skybridge straight to Cisauk Station or a shopping area, which turned out to be small bazaar-like tenant shops. Access is quite narrow, and traffic on the bridge gets bad at peak commuting times. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience made me do it. Think twice before living here. I hope the apartment improves.
There’s no receptionist at night, only security staff on duty, and they didn’t know how to check me in. I couldn’t get checked in, and the money I’d already paid through a Virtual Account was wasted because it couldn’t be refunded. What a stupid place.
