The suite I booked through the Reddoorz app gave me the great view I was hoping for, and the bed was comfortable with working Wi-Fi. The bathroom had a few problems: no water came from the tap, and the shower swung between very hot and cold. I managed to find a temperature that worked and avoid getting scalded. The TV didn't work, the glass water bottle was empty, and there was nowhere to hang clothes while bathing.

I ended up paying about $14 extra for a better room, but its facilities didn't justify the added cost. At check-in, staff said my booked room type was full and blamed Agoda for showing the wrong price and room. The downgraded room was in terrible shape. I told them the booking issue was between the hotel and Agoda, but they still said nothing else was available. I wasn't convinced the hotel was actually full, and felt the initial explanation was a lie. When I asked how to pay for the upgrade, the staff member said the hotel's QR code was outdated and insisted on cash or his personal e-wallet. I questioned why there was no hotel bank account, then transferred the money to his wallet because I didn't want to waste more time. Be cautious, as I believe practices like this by hotel staff can be dishonest.

We lasted less than five minutes because the room was so dirty and damp. The service felt unprofessional, and they didn't try to make up for the experience before throwing us out. If I could give fewer than one star, I would. Really bad, I'd stay away.

It's in a handy spot near downtown Lembang, and for the price I think it's reasonable. The bed was uncomfortable for me, though. If you're only stopping over, it's worth it.
