Barajadanon at reception was very helpful and guided us during our vacation in Lembang. The rooms were large and clean, and the towels were clean too, though torn. The beds were sagging and need replacing. Thanks so much.

The shower was the one real bright spot: strong water flow and easy control of hot and cold. Thanks, Cemara Asri, for welcoming us and for a shower that helped ease our fatigue. Otherwise, there wasn't much special about the stay. The room was aging, the bed linen shabby, and the toilet dirty with a slippery floor. A man sat and slept overnight on the wooden bench right outside our room, which affected our privacy, so we kept the door shut. We didn't know whether he was security, and the hotel didn't explain. This is an old hotel near Floating Market, Alun-Alun, and de Ranch. We booked a family room on Agoda for 1.5 million IDR for two nights without breakfast. It was peak season, but from my experience the price still felt too high. They only took cash, so come prepared. I'm not sure we'd stay here again.
