Indiana Kenanga Boutique Hotel & SPA

After the first night in villa number 12, the staff kindly moved us to villa number 4, and that made a big difference. We enjoyed the rest of our stay and appreciated how quickly they dealt with the problem. The beach area was lovely, with comfortable sunbeds and beautiful sunsets, and the pools were relatively clean. The first villa was near the resort entrance and further from the beach, which didn’t bother us much, but it felt off from the start. There were quite a lot of insects and geckos inside, loud roosters crowed from around 4 AM, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. Our only other downside was the restaurant, which seemed quite expensive compared with nearby places, so we ate outside the resort. Despite the rough start, we had a very nice stay.

Our Hibiscus villa worked really well for two couples. It had two separate rooms in their own little villas, facing each other across a private pool, so we had both privacy and shared space. The rooms could use a little attention here and there, but they were comfortable and easy to live in, and having our own kitchen area was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly, relaxed and always happy to help without hovering. Breakfast had plenty of options and was nicely done, though we’d just come from somewhere exceptional, which was a tough comparison. The bar made up for it with well-made cocktails and a lovely place to sit into the evening. The setting is the first thing you notice at Indiana Kenanga in Lembongan, right on the beach with open views across the water. It helped us slip into a slower rhythm. Lembongan was quiet and easygoing by day, with just the right amount going on at night. The slightly older crowd made the whole place feel more relaxed and unhurried. We had a really lovely few days in a beautiful spot.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the two-bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, and the coffee was very nice. The location is peaceful and relaxing, a few steps from the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants, and right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. We’ll definitely be back. 🌴

We had such a great time at the Indiana villas. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and the service was great. It’s right by the beach and has a lovely restaurant choice. Amazing experience, definitely recommend it!
