The staff were so accommodating that they arranged a snorkel trip for us within two hours of our arrival. We loved our two nights at Nanuk's. The bungalows felt like a unique experience, with very good air conditioning and a fridge. For the price, the hotel offered more than we expected.
The breakfast was amazing, and the staff helped with everything. Rooms were clean and adequate, with attentive room service. The location was great too. Head to coconut Beach for a swim. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.
The Indonesian family running the place went beyond what we expected with their service, and everyone was fantastic and friendly. The rooms were clean and nice, with modern air conditioning. The bathroom was large and separate from the romantic villa. They also make great coffee. I loved the Americano.
There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach was wonderful. The pool and breakfast were both really good. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bike service was great value. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!
The room had been overbooked, and when we pointed it out, the owner shouted at us. We found the staff rude and unfriendly, as other people have said. It felt like they didn’t care about hospitality or their reputation. There are much better places to stay in Nusa Lembongan. We had a great time somewhere else for less money. Do your research and stay away.
