The room was dusty everywhere, even the floor, and the sink was filthy. The pictures don't match what we got. I couldn't sleep and kept coughing at night. They put us in a room far away with nobody next door. When I asked why we couldn't be placed near someone, they said the room had already been assigned. The sheets were dirty too, with menstrual blood on them. The fridge was rusty, smelled bad, and didn't work. Mr Kadek at the front office needs to learn how to handle complaints instead of making excuses and giving stupid reasons. He told me not to rinse my mouth with tap water because it wasn't clean. I asked him to clean it, but he kept telling me to use bottled water instead. Very rude.

The people were so friendly, and my friend at reception also drove us around as our taxi during the stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to Sunset Coin when we go back to Nusa Lembongam. Really nice resort, with a beautiful outdoor bathroom and a good pool.

The staff made the stay especially lovely. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. We didn't get everyone's names, but Gede was particularly wonderful. Thanks so much, guys! The rooms were clean and lovely, and breakfast was delicious.

We were eight people and stayed eight nights on the quieter side of Lembongan. The gardens were immaculate, with people constantly working on them, and the pool had comfortable day beds. Our room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and sorted out scooters, transport, and recommendations. A few things could be better: the aircon didn't cool the room very well, having the toilet in the sun in the outdoor bathroom wasn't pleasant, and breakfast was just okay. Still, a nice place to stay in Lembongan 👍

Getting checked in and out was smooth, and we could rent a scooter there. We got a complimentary drink on arrival, and the service was excellent. The mini mart on site was handy, and Devil's Tear was only a very short ride away. The elevated rooms, with their thatched roofs, felt rustic and were very clean. Being raised helps keep insects out, and the open bathroom had good ventilation. The pool was clean and well cared for, with plenty of sunbeds and no crowding. Fantastic stay, and an easy recommendation.
